Q: What condition will the models be in?

A: Most of our models will be new in packaging, and the packaging should be in good condition unless otherwise stated. Similarly with models that are boxed, the product description will mention if they are sealed or not. With carded models, (i.e. Hot Wheels etc) we take every liberty to only stock "good cards" unless otherwise stated. If you have any Questions or would like to see more up close photos of a specific model before purchase, please get in contact using the contact us section of the website.

 

Q: How will the models be packaged?

A: As collectors ourselves, we package all models with the care and attention that we like to receive them with, all models will be boxed, and will be bubble wrapped to ensure safe delivery.

 

Q: What packaging will be used?

A: Here at JMG Models and Diecast, we strive to recycle as much as possible, so your parcel may be sent using re-purposed boxes. However, we will ensure all packaging still meets our standards for shipping before they are sent out.

 

Q: What if I can't find what I am looking for?

A: Please get in contact! We may have it in stock just not uploaded to the website! We also offer a model sourcing service. No challenge is too big, no model too rare! Regardless of scale, brand, or rarity, we source all types of models!

 

Q: What if an item I want is out of stock?

A: Similarly to above, please get in contact! It's possible for us to re-stock most items so it's always worth checking with us first!
